Research Focus
Since its establishment in 2016, the Creative Accelerator Centre (CAC) at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) has concentrated its research on integrating creative technology with entrepreneurship to foster sustainable cultural heritage preservation. Our upcoming Karnival Pendidikan Digital Kelantan and MyDigitalMaker Fair 2024, in collaboration with SSTP Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Kelantan and MDEC, showcases our commitment to educational innovation and cultural preservation. Current Project

The GEN AI International Art Exhibition 2024, themed "AI: Education of Tomorrow," is a flagship project of the Creative Accelerator Centre (CAC) at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). In collaboration with partners, we're hosting an International Forum on Generative AI Art and STEAM Education. The exhibition and forum highlight the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and education, envisioning the future of learning. As part of our current project, we're organizing AI workshops titled "STEAM Heroes: Unleashing the Future with AI in MADANI Education," aimed at empowering educators with AI tools for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) education. Upcoming Project
2025
One upcoming project idea for CAC is the "Digital Heritage Preservation Initiative." This project aims to use technology and entrepreneurship to digitally preserve Malaysia's cultural heritage sites and artifacts. It involves creating digital replicas of historical sites and artifacts, developing virtual reality experiences for educational purposes, and training entrepreneurs in heritage preservation. This initiative will not only protect Malaysia's cultural heritage but also promote economic growth and innovation.
